Terms & Conditions – Elea Christmas Giveaway 2026
1. Organizer
The Christmas Giveaway is organized by Elea Technology GmbH, Niedersachsenstraße 5, 49610 Quakenbrück, Germany.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who have received an Elea Christmas card containing access to the giveaway.
Participation is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.
Employees of Elea Technology GmbH are not eligible to participate.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway runs from 7 December 2026 until 18 December 2026, 11:59 p.m. CET. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. How to Participate
To participate, entrants must access the giveaway page via the QR code provided on the Elea Christmas card and complete the participation form with their first name, last name and email address.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prizes
A total of five PEF Advantage B Micro building brick sets will be awarded. Five winners will be selected, with each winner receiving one set.
The Christmas-themed version shown on the Christmas card and giveaway page is for illustrative purposes only. Winners will receive the standard PEF Advantage B Micro building brick set as shown on the giveaway page.
The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
6. Winner Selection
The five winners will be selected at random after the giveaway has ended.
The winners will be contacted via the email address provided in the participation form.
7. Claiming the Prize
Winners must respond to the notification email within 14 days. If a winner does not respond within this period, Elea Technology GmbH reserves the right to select another winner at random.
8. Delivery
The prizes will be shipped to the winners free of charge.
Delivery is intended to be available worldwide. If delivery to a particular country or region is not reasonably possible due to shipping, customs, legal or other restrictions beyond the control of Elea Technology GmbH, Elea Technology GmbH will contact the affected winner to determine whether an alternative delivery arrangement is possible.
9. Data Protection
Personal data provided for participation in the giveaway will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway, including selecting and contacting the winners and arranging delivery of the prizes.
Participation in the giveaway does not require subscription to marketing communications or the Elea newsletter.
Participants may separately and voluntarily choose to subscribe to the Elea newsletter. Any such subscription is independent of participation in the giveaway and does not affect the chances of winning.

10. General Conditions
Elea Technology GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants in cases of manipulation, attempted manipulation or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Elea Technology GmbH also reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
