Chips production – new opportunities with Pulsed Electric Fields Technology!

Elea’s Managing Director, Stefan Toepfl, will be attending the ESA Snack Course taking place from June 2–4 in Budapest, Hungary!

While the event officially begins on June 2, Stefan Toepfl will be joining on June 3 to take part in this leading indsutry gathering focused on savoury snacks. The course covers key topics such as drivers for new snack development, raw material and process choices, and maximizing product quality. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with industry experts, explore best practices, and discover the latest innovations in snack technology.

On Tuesday June 3, from 17:15 to 17:45, Stefan Toepfl will take the stage to present how Pulsed Electric Fields (PEF) technology is transforming the chips production process, paving the way for innovation and exciting new product developments.
