Join Masterclass in Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) Technology for Food Processing and Innovation
From 16th-17th February 2027, the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), Food Plant and Elea Technology are organising a PEF Masterclass. Elea’s Managing Director, Stefan Toepfl, will join Lim Bee Gim to share their expertise and practical insights with participants.
During this two-day course, participants will explore the fundamentals of PEF technology, application opportunities, industrial integration, and much more. Through short lectures, live demonstrations, and hands-on practical sessions, you will gain valuable insights into PEF technology and its potential for food processing.
Participants will also have the opportunity to work with a PEF Pilot Dual sytem, one of the only such systems available in Singapore.
