Join us at the 5th VLB Symposium on Acidic Fermented Non-Alcoholic Beverages!

At the event, key topics such as kombucha, water kefir & co., as well as beverage production, technology and process development, will be explored through expert presentations and networking opportunities during breaks.

Elea will participate as a Silver Sponsor, and our colleague Marc Schmidt (R&D Engineer) will be present on site with a booth. In addition, he will deliver a presentation titled “Potential of Pulsed Electric Fields (PEF) for sour fermented products” on May 13th from 14:14-14:35.
