18. March 2026 - Earlier this month, our colleague Sveva Cesari, together with Mathias Henningsen from our business partner ScanStore A/S and Jose Manuel Aranda Gallego from Enosoluciones represented Elea at the World Olive Oil Exhibition 2026 in Madrid!
Hands-On Insights: Exploring the Power of PEF in Olive Oil Production
Our booth was busy, and many visitors were genuinely excited to see how PEF technology can enhance their olive oil production, delivering:
up to 10 % higher yield,
a shorter malaxation time of just 25 minutes,
a reduced processing temperature of 25 °C,
higher quality through an increase of biophenols.
With our TC 80 on display at the booth, visitors had the opportunity to see one of our treatment cabinets live and gain a deeper understanding of how our PEF Advantage systems operate within olive oil production.
