Elea Introduces the New PEF Advantage C 2000‑600

13. March 2026 - Unveiling what we believe to be the world’s largest PEF system ever built. We are proud to reveal the C 2000-600 Chain System, the newest addition to our Elea PEF portfolio.

Built for 150 t/h Performance in Demanding Environments

Designed for high‑capacity, continuous processing, the system features a 600 × 600 mm treatment channel and is engineered for industrial applications involving large‑caliber crops such as sugar beet, sugar cane, potatoes, and pumpkins.

Powered by a 60 kV solid‑state matrix pulse generator with scalable power levels, the system delivers robust and repeatable performance for demanding production environments – with throughputs of up to 150 t/h.

The generator is available in a standardized container design, equipped with closed‑circuit cooling and an outdoor‑ready cabinet, ensuring reliable operation even under challenging site and environmental conditions.

This system represents another strong example of the close collaboration between Elea and DIL Engineering GmbH, combining industrial robustness with advanced PEF process performance on an unprecedented scale.
