PEF Wine & Olive Oil Roadshow 2026 Begins

12. August 2026 - The Elea PEF Wine & Olive Oil Roadshow 2026 is officially underway. From August to October, Elea Technology and its business partner ScanStore A/S will bring industrial-scale PEF trials to wine and olive oil producers across France, Spain, and Portugal.

Demonstrating the Benefits of PEF Technology

Building on the success of last year's roadshow, the 2026 program highlights the advantages of PEF for wineries, including higher yields, improved process efficiency, and enhanced wine quality across red, white, and rosé production. Olive oil producers can benefit from increased oil extraction, quality improvements, and more efficient processing.

Trials Across Southern Europe

The roadshow began with the departure of the PEF trailer from Elea's headquarters in Germany and will visit producers throughout France, Spain, and Portugal. Together with local partners and customers, Elea will conduct trials that showcase PEF performance at industrial scale.

Throughout the season, Elea will share trial highlights, technical insights, and behind-the-scenes impressions in its PEF Roadshow Diary. Producers interested in exploring the potential of PEF technology are invited to join the roadshow and learn more about its applications in wine and olive oil production.
