What’s behind the PEF Wine Tour 2025? Over the course of the tour, we visited 9 wineries across Italy and Spain, treating 13 different grape varieties with Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) technology.

Why PEF for wine? Trials from 2024 already revealed impressive benefits:
▪️ Red wines showed higher diacetyl content, enhancing aroma and flavour, along with increased polyphenols—key compounds for colour, taste, and antioxidant properties.
