05. August 2025 - We’re excited to introduce the newest member of our team: Matteo Stefanelli! After completing a successful internship with us in 2024, Matteo went on to earn his Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from the University of Parma. Now, we're proud to welcome him back—this time as a Food Technologist.

Bringing Science to Life: Matteo’s Focus on PEF Innovation

Matteo's work focuses on PEF (Pulsed Electric Field) applications for microbial inactivation, a field he explored extensively in his master's thesis. His expertise brings valuable insight to our projects, and we’re eager to see the impact of his contributions.
