Elea Brings Wine Production to the Next Level – Join Us at the FEI Annual Conference

Under the theme “In vino veritas – Innovation in the Wine and Beverage Industry”, the Forschungskreis der Ernährungsindustrie e. V. (FEI) is hosting its annual conference in Neustadt, Germany, from 9–11 September.

The final day of the event, 11 September, will spotlight results from IGF- projects, with a special focus on innovations in the wine sector, such as advanced quality control of grapes and other forward-looking technologies.

Elea will be present on site, represented by Managing Director Stefan Toepfl, who will be available to discuss the application of Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) technology in winemaking. PEF offers numerous benefits, including enhanced wine quality, as reflected in both taste and colour. These improvements have recently been confirmed by the Italian Association of Oenologists (Assoenologi) through blind tastings of Chardonnay and Montepulciano d’Abruzzo wines produced during Elea’s wine trials.
