Through its pilot hall in Beijing, customers have the opportunity to conduct trials, evaluate new technologies, and explore innovative processing solutions. Earlier this year, Lenno visited Elea together with a customer from Hunan Province interested in exploring the potential of Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) technology for extending the shelf life of fruit juices.
