International Potato Day: PEF Technology Helps Processors Improve Quality, Efficiency and Sustainability

May 2026 - On International Potato Day, Elea Technology recognizes the potato processors around the world who produce some of the industry's most popular products, from French fries to potato chips. With approximately 300 installed PEF systems worldwide, processors are using Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) technology every day to improve product quality, increase efficiency and support more sustainable production.

Driving Innovation Through Long-Term Partnerships
Beyond day-to-day production benefits, Elea continues to work closely with customers on technology development and innovation projects.
