Strengthening Our Engineering Team
25. February 2026 - We are pleased to share an important update within our Engineering organization at Elea Technology. As our company continues to grow, we are further strengthening our focus on customer support and long‑term technical excellence.
Realigned Responsibilities for Improved Customer Service
Jimmy Kinsella - Strategic Project Engineer
We have realigned responsibilities within our Engineering team to better serve our customers across the entire lifecycle of our systems.
After many years as Engineering Manager, Jimmy Kinsella is taking on the role of Strategic Project Engineer. In this position, Jimmy will focus on spare parts management, service contracts, and strategic technical developments, including close cooperation with our manufacturing and R&D partner DIL Engineering GmbH. He will also act as a key technical interface for new projects, supporting customers and sales teams from order placement through to installation handover.
Dennis Böckermann - Engineering Manager
At the same time, Dennis Böckermann, who has been with Elea for many years as a Service Engineer, has assumed the role of Engineering Manager. Over the years, Dennis has been deeply involved in installations, commissioning, and customer support programs around the globe, working closely with customers on‑site and in long‑term service partnerships. In his new role, he will lead the Engineering team and take responsibility for the coordination of installations and commissioning, workshop activities, and customer support – ensuring fast, reliable, and hands‑on service for our customers worldwide. This organizational step is a clear sign of Elea’s continued growth and our commitment to putting customer support at the center of our activities.
A sincere thank you to Jimmy and Dennis for their dedication, flexibility, and willingness to take on these key roles. We are confident that this setup will further strengthen our engineering capabilities and the value we deliver to our customers
