The summer party also marked the first anniversary of Elea's move to its new headquarters. Over the past year, the pilot halls and laboratories have become a hub for research, development, and innovation. During this time, numerous PEF systems have been delivered to customers worldwide, supporting the company's continued growth and advancing the adoption of PEF technology across the food industry.
