PEF Wine Tour Highlights Presented at Enoforum 2026
27. May 2026 - ELEA recently participated in Enoforum, one of the leading technical conferences for the wine and viticulture sector, to present the latest findings from its successful PEF Wine Tour. The initiative brought PEF technology directly to wineries, generating valuable insights into the application of Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) technology in winemaking. Alongside technical presentations and scientific discussions, the event provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen industry connections and explore new collaboration opportunities.
Sharing Practical and Scientific Insights at Enoforum
As part of the PEF Wine Tour, ELEA partnered with nine wineries and treated 13 different grape varieties using its mobile plug-in PEF system, P1e. The project enabled wineries to gain first-hand experience with PEF technology under real production conditions while evaluating its impact on grape processing and wine production.

At the same time, Sveva and Stephen Allardice (ScanStore A/S) were at Elea’s booth, engaging with both familiar and new faces, fostering valuable conversations across the industry.
The conference was a great success, opening up exciting new opportunities for collaboration.👉 If you’re interested in exploring the potential of PEF in wine, feel free to reach out to our colleague Sveva Cesari (s.cesari@eleapef.com)!
