Yesterday, we welcomed another potential customer, this time from North Africa, together with Sofien Zahra from our business partner, ScanStore A/S. The visit focused on the benefits of PEF technology for potato chips, including cost reduction, increased yield, improved colour control, and enhanced product quality.
